At Inviso, we believe in creating an environment where employees feel valued and supported. Our employee benefits reflect this belief. We have designed a compensation package that is competitive, fair, and flexible. Here are some of the highlights:

HEALTH CARE

Medical Plan: Inviso cares about the health and well-being of you and your family. We pay 90% of the monthly health care premium for employees, and give you the option to purchase additional coverage for a spouse or registered same-sex domestic partner, and dependents.

Offered through UnitedHealthCare (UHC), our plan is comprehensive – it even covers chiropractic care, massage, and acupuncture. This Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) plan gives you access to a large network of skilled medical professionals and it allows you to see any Preferred Provider without a physician referral.

Nationwide Medical Services: You are still covered by the extensive UHC network even while traveling outside your home area.

Prescription Plan: Our prescription drug plan is also provided through UHC. You can obtain a 30-day supply of prescribed medication from any pharmacy, or use the convenient prescription drug mail-order service for a 90 day supply at a reduced price.

Vision Plan: Offered through VSP, our plan includes an annual routine eye exam, eyeglasses and/or contact lenses.

Dental: Our dental plan, through MetLife, is very comprehensive and covers three classes of dental work at 100/80/50%.

  • Employee Accidental Death and Dismemberment—Paid by Inviso

FLEX SPENDING ACCOUNT (FSA):

Healthcare Expense Account: The health account allows you to fund your out-of-pocket medical, dental and vision expenses, such as copays and deductibles, with pre-tax dollars. By paying for out-of-pocket medical expenses with pre-tax dollars, you will save a minimum of $.23 per dollar because you do not pay Federal Income Tax or FICA tax on your contributions. Inviso Corporation allows a voluntary contribution of up to $2,500 per calendar year into your healthcare expense account.

Dependent Care Account: This account allows you to fund the costs of dependent care on a pre-tax basis. You may contribute up to a maximum of $5,000 each tax year, per household.

Debit Card Option: If you elect to participate in the health care expense account, you have the option to obtain a debit card. You can use this card at any health care merchant who accepts MasterCard® including the doctor’s office, dental/vision clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and mail order Rx programs. Because the debit card pays your providers directly, you don’t have to wait for reimbursement.

WORK-LIFE BALANCE

Paid Time Off: Everyone needs time off of work, and Inviso offers eligible employees paid Personal Time Off (PTO). Sick-time and vacation-time both fall into this category, so you can use your sick days like vacation days and vice-versa.

Holiday Time: Inviso recognizes certain days as holidays, and offers eligible full-time employees paid time off on these days in accordance with applicable provisions.

RETIREMENT

401K: Inviso offers a 401K plan to eligible employees.

TRAINING & EDUCATION

Employees interested in improving their professional skill set are encouraged to take advantage of Inviso's Educational Reimbursement Plan. This plan reimburses employees (up to $2000 per year) when they participate in approved coursework and training.

EXTRA INCENTIVES

Employee and Business Referrals: Finding skilled, intelligent candidates to join the Inviso team is hard work. When employees help us locate exceptional candidates, we offer referral rewards of up to $2,000. If our employees help us land a business opportunity we offer them up to $3,000.

ORCA Card: Inviso employees who work onsite at Microsoft are eligible to receive an ORCA Card. This card offers free, convenient transportation via bus, train, ferry, and vanpool.
